Gong Bao Paste Recipe

Serving Suggestion 4-5 people

500gm shelled fresh prawns (you may select chicken or beef), 5 slices ginger, 3 dried chilli, 2 garlic sliced, 2 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 bottle of Thai Sing Gong Bao Sauce.

How to prepare:
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to stir fry ginger, dried chilli and garlic.
Add in prawns and stir fry about 10 mins. Add 1/2 bottle of Thai Sing Gong Bao Sauce, stir fry till cook then serve.
